Instructions for restarting the communicator

The most common cause of disconnection between the meter and the NGEN HUB system at your location is an internet connection outage. In cases where the internet connection is functioning, it is necessary to restart the NGEN communicator.

To restart the communicator, follow the steps below.

If you do not recieve a confirmation message, it means that the communicator has still not established a connection with the meter. In this case, you can expect a call from NGEN customer support, where we will work together to find an appropriate solution.
